Ramps Festival - The Ramp Festival is the oldest on-going festival in Tennessee, and in early May the festival celebrates the ramp, a vegetable of the lily family that looks like a little green onion, but, tastes like powerful garlic. Usually, around the first weekend in May. Check their web site for the exact dates.
